Change is inevitable in any business organization to grow sustainably and to build a competitive advantages. Reluctance to change will adversely affect the organizations in competition. PT Sanggar Sarana Baja, a company established in 1977, realized the necessity to pursue its transformation to become a leading engineering company in the minning and oil and gas industries. The Company has been performing proper communication on change management during the period. Unfortunately, its engineering have not fully utilized its integrated engineering software.
